My first visit with Natalia was honestly an exceptional experience from beginning to end 🤍

From the moment I walked in, I could feel how much care and thought had gone into every detail of the space and the whole client experience. The atmosphere in the salon is something truly special. The temperature was perfectly comfortable, especially during winter, so there was never that feeling of needing to warm up or ask for extra blankets. The heated massage table was perfectly adjusted and helped my body relax almost immediately. Everything felt designed with genuine care for the client’s comfort and recovery.

The lighting deserves a special mention as well. It was soft and calming, with no harsh bright lights shining into the eyes, which made it very easy to fully relax. The music, scents, and overall environment created such a peaceful and grounding feeling. This is exactly the kind of atmosphere I have been searching for, and to me it feels like true luxury.

I also absolutely loved the natural style of the interior. Real wood, plants, stones, butterflies, natural textures — everything felt beautiful, calming, and deeply intentional. It genuinely helped me switch off mentally. At some point, my attention moved away from all the constant thoughts and mental noise and naturally settled on the textures, details, and peaceful surroundings. It was incredibly calming for both the body and the mind.

The quality of the oils and skincare products also stood out immediately. These were not cheap heavy products, but beautiful quality plant-based oils with lovely natural aromas. My skin felt amazing afterwards.

I originally came in with tension in my neck and shoulders, but what I found especially valuable was that Natalia looked beyond my initial request and immediately noticed that my shoulders were rounded and tight. That really showed her expertise to me. A true professional doesn’t only work on the area mentioned by the client, but also assesses the overall condition of the body and notices issues that are visible externally.

Most importantly, she didn’t just notice it — she clearly knew exactly how to work with it. After the massage, my shoulders genuinely opened up and my whole body felt different.

The massage itself was very effective, but without unnecessary pain or discomfort. Afterwards I stayed in a deeply relaxed state for quite a while.

One small moment touched me deeply. When I turned over during the treatment, Natalia gently covered my eyes so I wouldn’t feel stress from the light or movement. Such a small detail, but it showed such genuine care and attentiveness. Moments like that are honestly priceless.

I also appreciated the advice Natalia gave me regarding footwear and skincare. You can really feel the holistic approach and genuine desire to help people, not simply perform a treatment.

This experience felt like true luxury in every sense: the atmosphere, the professionalism, the attention to detail, and the genuine care for the client. I will absolutely be coming back 🤍

I tried the new thermo infrared magnetic capsule and it was the most incredible experience of my life! I had never tried something so special. I left feeling like a new person, cleansed and with no pain at all. Natalia always finds the most niche and professional machines, that I personally have never seen anywhere else. Especially NOT in PERTH!!!

Natalia is also a VERY clean professional, her space feels like you could lick the floors and you can smell the cleanness. A lot of people pretend to clean. She cleans and desinfect for REAL!!!
